Our Molecular Biotechnology MSc provides you with training in the skills and specialised knowledge needed to equip you for a career in molecular biotechnology in industry or academia. The course has been designed in consultation with experts in biotechnology industries. Practical skills will include sessions on fermentation, molecular biology, functional genetics and genomics, cell biology and protein chemistry, and you will go on to complete a major, supervised laboratory or computer-based research project.
